Mighty-D, he's the protector of the World of Cartoons called Draworld. He is a cartoon, his name means Mighty Drafter. Mighty-D is the only cartoon that posses the Powertools. These tools (Glasses, Belt, & Pencil) allow him to unleash the Power of Draw, in which anything he draws becomes a reality.

This is how he maintains peace in Draworld. However, the main purpose of the Powertools is to create living cartoons.
